The reason being, because it was so relatable to my upbringing. I was raised in a snooty wealthy family that basically mapped out my entire life for me. I was supposed to go to Harvard, except my mother thought I wasn’t smart enough. But I wasn’t allowed to disobey my parents. They had big plans for me and being a so called, “starving artist.” wasn’t in the cards for me. When I started to live life for myself, my mother disowned me and my father followed suit.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eI’d be lying to myself if I didn’t admit that I wish life could’ve been different for my parents and I.
